One in the Spirit TEAM BUILDING FOR MINISTRIES—LESSON PLAN

Conflict Management:
In the midst of conflict, it is necessary to bring out the positive over the negative. People allow their emotions to fuel the dispute rather than being open to the facts. How one person views a circumstance may be different from how someone else views the situation. We all have a right to our own point of view. It is vital to the ministry to manage conflict in peace with the spirit of love. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: “Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;”
